Chris and Angela, both born and raised in the heart of Pittsburgh, have always been deeply rooted in their community. Angela Herisko – Owner

Angela co-founded PPG with her late husband, Chris, in the early 2000s. Together, they established a successful framework dedicated to assisting our local community with buying and selling homes. Angela’s passion lies in renovation and redesign, striving to enhance the beauty of our hometown, while always offering to lend a hand to anyone looking to improve their living space! Angela was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, where she rasises her 3 boys and their dog Cosmo. They love to travel, ski, and spend time with their family.

Luke Garda – Acquisitions Manager

A Pittsburgh native, Luke resides in the south hills of Pittsburgh with his girlfriend and beloved dog. Inspired by Chris, Luke developed a deep interest in real estate. Known for his creativity, diligence, and empathy, Luke is also a licensed real estate agent in PA. We are delighted to have Luke on our team, ensuring exceptional care for our customers!

Nick Lloyd – Real Estate Agent

Since joining PPG in 2016, Nick has played a crucial role in the growth and success of our home buying team. As a licensed real estate agent, Nick provides invaluable assistance, addressing customer questions, concerns, and guidance with expertise. His dedication and loyalty are assets we truly value. Nick resides in Pittsburgh with his wife , 2 young children, and 2 dogs.

From 2014 to 2020, he honed his skills in the acquisitions and wholesaling department at Pittsburgh Property Guy, where he was greatly influenced by his mentor, Chris, the renowned Pittsburgh Property Guy.

Nick enjoys golfing, traveling with his family, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers. His passion for real estate and commitment to his clients make him a trusted and knowledgeable partner in the Pittsburgh real estate market.

Dominic Herisko – Partner

Dominic is the oldest Herisko son and is working diligently to pursue his father’s career goals . He is a high school senior and is in-training with the team to learn all aspects of the business. He is an avid golfer, following in Chris’ footsteps and enjoys working out and body building to support a healthy lifestyle. Dominic has a true entreprenuereal spirit with a huge heart and passion to help others. We can’t wait to see what he will do for our clients!

Dante Herisko – Partner

Dante is the middle son of the Herisko clan and is a high school sophomore. Dante also wishes to pursue a career with the family business and is receiving a skilled-trade education while in high school. Dante is an avid skiier and enjoys golfing with his friends and working as a pizza maker at a local pizza shop. We are excited for Dantre to begin his career journey.

Dino Herisko – Partner

Dino is the baby of the Herisko family and is in the 4th grade. He plays football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, and golf. He aspires to be just like his dad one day or be an NFL player!

I purchased a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home from Pittsburgh Property Guy in the city’s east end. The 90 year old home was completely stripped down to the studs and renovated by Pittsburgh Property Guy. After living in the house for nearly a year, I can attest to the very high level of quality and craftsmanship that he put into this home. The home inspector even commented to me prior to purchasing that he’s seen a lot of renovated homes, and this one was clearly done right. He used high end finishes like Brazilian Cherry floors, granite kitchen counters, and marble in the master bathroom. He also took the time to have the brick cleaned on the outside of the house, exposed and restored original woodwork, vaulted the 3rd floor to create even more livable space.
